My first week back on the meal-planning wagon was surprisingly successful. I stuck to it and even prepped some things the night before. I’m impressed with myself! So we’re going back for another round. Here’s to Week Two!
Monday: Pretzel-Crusted Honey Mustard Chicken, Cheesy Zucchini Rice, peas
Tuesday: daddy’s in charge
Wednesday: daddy’s in charge again
Thursday: crock pot pork roast, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuits
Friday: Healthy Whole Wheat Banana Bread Pancakes, fruit salad
Saturday: homemade turkey burgers on homemade buns, roasted sweet potato fries
Sunday: Unstuffed Cabbage, mashed potatoes, green beans
