Busy weeks and night shifts make for poor blog updating. Here I am again a week after the previous post with another meal plan for the week.

Here’s what we’ll be eating this week.
Monday: grandma’s babysitting
Tuesday: grandma’s babysitting again
Wednesday: San Francisco Chops, brown rice, green peas
Thursday: Grilled Cheeseburger Wraps, oven-roasted potatoes, green beans
Friday: Tortellini with Mushrooms, Spinach, and Italian Sausage, garden salad
Saturday: Fiesta Chili Bake, raw veggies
Sunday: Crock Pot Pesto Ranch Chicken Thighs, mashed potatoes, carrots, asparagus
I’ll need to make tortillas this week for Thursday’s wraps. I also need to mix up some more granola using the same variations that I did before; I love it on top of Greek Yogurt that has been topped with Eden Organics Apple Butter. I also have a head of cauliflower to blanch and freeze as well as another triple-batch of bread to stock the freezer. I’ve managed to carry over the bread-baking from Make It Instead January.
